How do I book with FMU?

Booking with FMU is simple. Give us a call at 407-676-6660 and speak with a representative to help you book.
How far out will FMU go?

FMU's base is located in the Chicago area and is willing to travel within a 2 hour distance from Chicago's downtown.
What does booking with FMU look like?

When you book with FMU our goal is to make things as easy as we can. with a quick phone call and before you're officially booked, there will be a consultation to allow our experts a better understanding of what they will be dealing with and putting everyone on the same page. After your in person consultation with our experts, you will receive an estimate and an opportunity to book. After that, our experts will arrive on the day of your appointment and show you what FMU can do.
What factors affect my price?

Every space is different and we seek fair compensation for our work. Factors such as: how far the commute to location is, how intense the mess is, if specialized products or tools will be needed. All of these things play a role in how quickly and efficiently we can get the job done for you.
What are your operation hours?

FMU is open to receive calls between 8 am- 5 Pm Monday to Saturday. Jobs are filled Monday thru Sunday between 6 am and 6 pm.
Does FMU offer any deals?

Absolutely! FMU often has deals in celebration of the holidays to make things a little easier for us all. Make sure to keep a look out! On a more everyday basis, as active members of our community we have made it a mission to do what we can to help those in needs, seeking them out and helping in the best way we can. For the heroes and survivors of our community, we offer special deals when you fill in our coupon codes.

Sometime things don't work out as we plan and FMU understands this. If you have to cancel place be sure to reach out and give us the heads up.

FMU sets out to give you the best results possible but sometimes we don't all see eye to eye. In the rare chance that we don't meet your expectations our first time around we are happy to schedule a make up appointment free of charge.
